"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I really want to believe every word of the Assistant Minister. I am happy that before he answered this Question, he ensured that he talked about some items being at the depot. He has also clearly told this House that there is a manager for that depot. I would not want to come back to this House to ask the name of the manager. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I just want the Assistant Minister to confirm that the manager who will now operate the depot will have his own separate budget for that depot, independent of the Sagana Depot, so that the people of these three districts that neighbour the Maragwa Town Depot can know that this depot has become fully operational and begin to utilise it immediately because it is a big depot."
