    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Parliament is charged with the responsibility of making laws. My Ministry can move such an amendment to the law. We must look at so many issues. It is affecting every area. Are we getting complaints from all areas across the country? Can we force people to grow certain trees? No, but we can sensitise them on the importance of not growing those trees. That is the farthest we can go. If Parliament feels that we can legislate on this issue, then the hon. Member should move a Motion here and we will go through the process. We shall pass the Motion which will seek to amend the law accordingly."
