They have done this without carrying out any scientific study. This is based on rumours. There are no rivers flowing in 3422 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES November 12, 2008 Lamu. What is the definition of a water catchment area? Could the Assistant Minister, please, enlighten us on that?"
