    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first and foremost, there is no rehabilitation at the Dandora Dump Site. Again, just recently, the officials from the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) came for an exercise at Kariobangi Estate and the residents there refused to allow the Ministry to bring the transfer station. I really think that the Assistant Minister is not actually aware of what is happening as far as the issue of the Dandora Dump Site is concerned! He should consult again so that he can give a comprehensive answer. That is because what I actually want to know is: What is he doing to help those people who are sick at Dandora because of the gas emissions at the Dandora Dump Site?"
