Could the Assistant Minister tell the House what co-ordination is there between his Ministry and the Ministry of State for Special Programmes since the resettlement of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) is at an advanced stage? Monies have already been paid out. Could he further inform the House what co-ordination has been put in place to ensure that the Kenyans who are outside this country also get their share of that money and come back home to settle?"
