    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in fact, the power of the High Court to give any order comes directly from the Constitution. The Constitution is enacted by this House. In addition to what the hon. Member has said, the Constitution specifically says that the High Court shall have such powers as may be conferred upon it by the Constitution or any other law. What we saw yesterday is not an exercise of Judicial function but the arrogance of power by one branch of the High Court. Part of this reason is because this Constitutional Division of the High Court, which is unlawful in the first place, has overstayed. It is headed by the same judge who has headed it since it was set up."
