    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have held various consultative meetings with the private sector and they are actually our partners in the implementation of this strategy. Our intention is to turn Nairobi into a 24-hour economy. Most of the things we are implementing are actually suggestions that came from the private sector. As I said, there are those that will be implemented within this financial year. Apart from what I have indicated, we are already having a major project on street lighting which will enhance security. With enhanced security, we will not have to encourage people to conduct business at night. People will have it very practical."
