If you go to Kilichwa Kubwa River today, you will see cases where manhole covers have been stolen and the sewage is flowing into rivers. If you go to my own constituency and even neighbouring constituencies like Juja all the way to Makueni, you cannot drink water from Athi River. Is the Government really comfortable with this answer? Could he take time to visit Athi River and then come and give us a better answer?"
