    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the pollution of this river affects many Kenyans downstream. While I appreciate the answer that the Assistant Minister has given, his answer is contradictory. He has said that he is not aware of any pollution as of now, but he goes further and says that most of the culprits have been apprehended. That means that they polluted the river. So, which answer do we take? Is it the position that there is no sewege being disposed of into the river? Is that the position of the Ministry?"
