Today, he has said that they have a policy of affirmative action where you give priority to applicants from a particular district. Now, given that we do not have MTCs in every district, and given the fact that there are many new districts that are being created and do not have MTCs, would your Ministry consider setting MTCs in all the new districts so that the policy of affirmative action can benefit all the districts equally?"
