If he has, he can table the letter here. I have never been invited! Besides, there was no authority from leaders from the northern Kenya to go and beat up women, rape girls or beat up chiefs. The authority was to go and maintain order. Maintaining order is not what the Assistant Minister has understood it to be. I have never been invited!"
