Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to tell us that he is setting up a committee to investigate whether people were beaten when an agency of the Government; the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR), has the report showing the Imams and the number of people who are lying in hospital after being beaten and the 15 women who were raped? Why does he want to take us round in circles by forming committees?"
