    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has given a figure of Kshs38 billion as the money which is being held by the financial institutions. In most cases, the figures which are given exclude the monies held by the Deposits Protection Fund (DPF). Could he confirm to this House that the figure he has given includes the money which is held by the DPF? If so, how much is held by the DPF? This is part of depositors' money."
