    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Kenya Polytechnic University College was gazetted vide Gazette Notice No.82 under the Legal Notice No.159 on August, 2007, as a constituent college of the University of Nairobi. We have appointed the Principal, who is now in charge, but on the issue of the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman, we are having consultations with the Office of the President, so that this is finalised. The Chairman, together with the Vice- Chairman and the other members of the Council will be appointed, so that this university can operate in a legal way."
