"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this House needs to emphathise with these students. Over 100 students were admitted to this University. One year down the road, they are yet to start their studies just because the Council is yet to be put in place. Somebody is sleeping on the job. The Assistant Minister cannot get away with this one. He is not even telling this House when the Council will be put in place in order for these students, at least, not to lose the second or the third year. 3276 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES November 5, 2008 In his own words, the Kenya Polytechnic University is a constituent college of the University of Nairobi.
