    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also sympathise with the situation of the students just as you are doing, but we have bureacracy in this country. It is not a secret and everybody knows that we have bureacracy and systems. I want to confirm to the House that we will keep on reminding the Office of the President to fasttrack this issue, so that students can start their studies as soon as possible. I know that this is an issue that is really sensitive to most parents and the students."
