Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in conclusion, it is important that this Parliament unites in ensuring that the constitutional reforms, which are part of this Motion that we are discussing today, will lead towards a new Constitution for the people of this country. It will help in healing this country. It is the onus of the Tenth Parliamen to deliver to the people of Kenya. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
