(a) Considering that most farmers from Kimilili Constituency are small-scale maize farmers, is the Minister aware that grain traders have been short-changing the farmers by using non-standard methods of weighing the grain, also referred to as \"gorogoro\", resulting in losses to the farmers? (b) When did the Department of Weights and Measures last approve standards for weighing maize and what are these standards? (c) What action is the Minister taking to protect the maize farmer?"
