The Assistant Minister has stated that public barazas and training workshops are part of the training. I am not aware that this is happening in the particular constituency that I have asked about. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, other than saying that the last batch of employees to commence this programme will be employed on 27th November, 2008, the Assistant Minister did not indicate the commencement date of this programme on the ground once those people are brought on board."
