    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. When you look at the answer given by the Assistant Minister, it is true that he is not aware. He is not in touch with what is happening on the ground. I will only give him three instances where people have been killed and others wounded through the use of guns. On 26th December last year, one candidate's home was attacked and people were wounded by the use of guns. On 31st January this year, one teacher and his son were attacked. Up to now, they are still nursing their wounds. On the 28th of last month, which is last week, one businessman was attacked and shot dead. The body is in the mortuary and we will bury him on the 13th of this month. Could the Assistant Minister confirm that he does not have any correspondence from the Provincial Administration, at the district level and the provincial level? That is because he is not aware of what has been happening."
