    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am really surprised to hear the Assistant Minister say that he is not aware of the incidents of insecurity that have been taking place in Kisii District. I have also come from the constituency and, two days ago, the Headteacher of Esani Secondary School in my constituency was attacked and he is in hospital. I want to know from the Assistant Minister what he has done to protect the citizens of this country. This Ministry is not doing enough to protect the people of this country. A Government that cannot protect its people has no business ruling this country."
