    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I hope I got the question right. I wish to say that the Ministry recognises Ol Kalou as a key area in terms of agricultural produce. We will do all that is possible to complete the work within the given time. Further, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, a sizable section of the road corridor conflicts with the recently established Kenya Power lines and the process of relocating depends on Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC). We are, therefore, hoping that KPLC will co-operate with us so that the work can go on as scheduled. Thank you."
