    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Kenya Power and Lighting Company has to use the road reserves. But I think we are talking about the allowance allowable; from where the road is. When the road was designed, certain poles were found to be on the side where the road was supposed to be. So, we are asking for realignment of our way leaves and that is in progress. The question is how soon that will happen. We have gotten assurance that, indeed, KPLC will be able to hasten the progress."
