The Assistant Minister has stated that one of the most serious problems is drug abuse in that school. Yet, the Code of Regulations for teachers enables the Provincial Director of Education to interdict that teacher. Could the Assistant Minister tell us what has been the impediment in taking disciplinary action against those teachers who have been misappropriating public funds?"
