    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, those are social related issues. We, definitely, get recommendations for Board appointment from the people on the ground. We will look at the possibility of ensuring that we have a more education-friendly Board. I actually invite the hon. Member to come to my office so that we can discuss that particular issue and get a Board that is more friendly to the school. On the question of turnover of headteachers, I think we will sit with the TSC and, again, ask for the co-operation of the hon. Member so that we do not have teachers who stay only for a year and then go away. That is harmful to the school. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
