    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I understood his question very well. I said that as a Ministry, we have highlighted those areas where you can develop energy, be it geothermal or otherwise. There are areas which we have earmarked, so that private investors cannot just go to an area and say that they want to drill a hole and develop geothermal power. We have sites earmarked 3228 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES November 4, 2008 by the Ministry, and whenever a private investor comes to the Ministry--- We have even posted them on our website and the only thing one does is to chose which site he wants to develop, so that we work together as a Government-private partnership. The Government is also developing some areas and private investors are allowed to also do that."
