    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like the Assistant Minister to clarify whether there is a proper procedure on how to acquire private land, if the Government so wishes. Despite the fact that many Ministries are involved in what is happening, there is a proper procedure of acquisition of private land. These people have title deeds. Unless the Kenya Government does not recognise title deeds, why would the Ministry go ahead to demolish people's property without using the relevant procedures laid down to acquire compulsorily, any property they so wish to use?"
