Many a time, Questions have been asked here and the Ministers are not present to answer them. You have used your discretion to defer those Questions because Ministers are not there. I would urge you to use the same discretion, given the importance of these Questions, to defer them instead of dropping them. They are the property of this House and they are important to the nation."
