    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, hon. Members will recall that there were so many stalled projects in the whole country as at the end of 2002. Since 2003 the Government has done its October 30, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3169 best to complete stalled projects and also to take stock of the stalled projects. The hon. Member may wish to agree that a lot has been accomplished. However, regrettably, this project was not captured. The Ministry's attention has been drawn to it and the Government will do its best to complete this stalled project."
