    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is unfortunate that we will continue, as a Ministry, answering Questions about the shortage of health workers. For about ten years, the Government never recruited civil servants because of the World Bank and the IMF. This year, we are recruiting about 800 nurses. The 800 nurses for the whole country are not enough. Its my wish that we could look at the Vote of the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation individually, so that we can see what this House can do for us in terms of asking the Treasury to allocate more resources to the Ministry, so that we can employ more nurses. We have over 6,000 nurses in this country."
