Sometimes, it is confusing because some of the Questions have been answered by the Ministry of Medical Services. At some point, we do not actually know whether it is the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation or the Ministry of Medical Services. Be that as it may, constituencies have dispensaries which have been built using the CDF, but they do not have staff. What measures is the Assistant Minister taking to ensure that these facilities are staffed as soon as possible, so that wananchi can access health care?"
