    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you have heard the honest and open admission by the Assistant Ministecr that even the 800 nurses will not be enough. It is not up to the citizens of this country to find solutions to problems. It is up to the Government to tell us how best it can address this problem, which it has failed to. The shortage of staff in key sectors, including education and health, cannot be addressed in the foreseeable future. It is not that we do not have enough nurses. The nurses are not distributed evenly. Could the Assistant Minister consider, as a matter of priority, deploying nurses from the areas that are over-staffed to areas that are under-staffed, including Wajir South and Igembe South?"
