If you want to ask a Question on when funds will be available for all the Ministries, literally cross-cutting all the departments of the Government, you should put the Question in its own right and direct it, in my opinion, to the Prime Minister. Should the Leader of Government Business, the Deputy Leader of Government Business or the Minister for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030, choose to answer the Question, that will be okay. Anyway, that is a Government policy. The Minister for Planing, National Development and Vision 2030 or the Minister for Finance can also answer. Nonetheless, it not for the Deputy Leader of Government Business to answer now."
