(a) I am aware that Manyanja Road, which is 2.25 kilometres and connects Sprine and Outer Ring roads, was initially scheduled to be completed within a year. The work is ongoing with a contract period having been revised and the new expected completion date is now December, 2008. (b) As stated in part \"a\" construction of the said road will be completed on or before 18th December, 2008, at 5.00 p.m."
