    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) The total loses incurred by the Pyrethrum Board of Kenya (PBK) since 2003 up to last year is Kshs3 billion. This included the burning of the factory, loss of pyrethrin and a bit of mis- appropriation. (b) We have taken the following action against the persons responsible for the loses:- (i) We wrote to the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC), and I have a copy of the letter we wrote to Justice Ringera. I would like to lay it on the Table."
