    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, aware that the Ministry for roads, especially through the Kenya Roads Board (KRB), normally prepares work plans for one year in advance, what is the Ministry doing to ensure that there is a master plan that will tell Kenyans how many kilometres of road are tarmacked or maintained annually? I would not want to ask about every small road. We would like this to be captured. So, what plans does the Ministry have to ensure that there is a master plan covering tarmacking and maintenance of roads?"
