I do not think that the Chair is right by blaming the Government because of the following reasons: First, if you look at the schedule for the week, you will find that the Questions which came today are not in this week's schedule. One example of such Questions is today's Question by Private Notice. That is why I did not come in the House to answer it. It is not listed in the schedule. The blame should also go to Parliament. Nowadays, we get the Order Paper the morning of the same day. We are not getting the Order Paper early enough, as before."
