We hope to produce enough bio-diesel to blend with diesel so that we can reduce the amount of diesel imported into the country. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we believe that the introduction of these measures, and with the support of hon. Members, Kenyans are going to see a difference in the petroleum prices in this country.
