(a) I am aware that the murram running track, the VIP dais, the soccer pitch and the spectators' terrace at Kamariny Stadium in Iten, Keiyo District, were constructed in the 1950s and are in a poor state. I am, however, not aware that the stadium is not in a usable condition. (b) The Ministry has not provided any amount of money in the Financial Year 2008/2009 for the improvement of this stadium. This is because the stadium is under the management of Iten/Tambach Town Council, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Local Government."
