    "content": "asked the Minister for Labour:- (a) whether he could table a list of the top management - from the CEO to the Assistant Manager level - in the multinational tea companies in Kericho and Bureti October 28, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3027 districts, namely, George Williamson, James Finlay (K) Ltd. and Unilever Tea Kenya Ltd.; (b) whether he could confirm that the three firms have flouted labour laws by engaging expatriates to do the jobs that should be done by the locals; (c) whether he could give the statistics of the proportions of unskilled labour from the local community (Bureti and Kericho districts) employed in these companies, giving the specific departments/sections in which they are deployed; and, (d) what steps he will take to rectify the above anomalies."
