    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) Yes, I am aware that Tetu Constituency lacks sufficient sources of clean water for domestic consumption. About 50 per cent of the constituency is currently adequately served with clean water but, the other 50 per cent is served through rationing. (b) My Ministry has undertaken an assessment of the rehabilitation of those dams and has estimated that the three dams will cost about Kshs18.5 million.
