It reads:- \"Except on judicial consent, no person shall be deprived of their enjoyment of his freedom and conscience\".For these purposes, conscience includes religion. Therefore, the order by the PPO clearly contravenes Section 78 of our Constitution. I have raised this matter with the PPO but I hit a brick wall. I have raised it with the office of the Minister and I notice that his Assistant Minister is in the House and, therefore, in the circumstances of the gravity of the matter, demand that he answers it now. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
