That is because the areas covered by the emergency programme are different from the other areas which are covered under the general food distribution programme. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I just want to refer to the other areas which are covered in Ukambani. We have Kyuso, Yatta District, Makueni, Kibwezi, Mutomo, Mwingi, Kitui, Mbooni, Mwala, Nzawi in Machakos and Kangundo. All those areas are covered under that other programme."
