    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is normal practice that we move food from different NCPB depots to other areas, where they need food. Even the food in Bomet will be replenished with food from Nairobi. That is a normal practice and it should not scare anybody. It is just normal for us to do that. It is easier to get food, for example, from Kitui, if we have to move it to Garissa. We take it from a nearer place than bring it all the way from Nairobi. Then, we can move the food in Nairobi to those areas."
