    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to repeat that we have two ways of distributing food. We, as Government, are in partnership with the World Food Programme (WFP) to implement the EMOP programme. The areas which will be receiving food under the EMOP programme are covered under the programme. On top of that, we have the general food distribution. That is where the Government comes in with the extra food that it gives to those areas. So, there are two ways of distributing food."
