It is not the first time that the people of Gituamba and Kalau have been attacked. They were attacked in 1992 during tribal clashes. People were killed and property lost. They were attacked again in 1997. What will the Government do in the meantime? Are there any temporary arrangements that will be put in place before the financial year when the construction is done?"
