However, is he in order to say that he is not aware that the lack of a Board has impaired the operations of KEMSA, when it is common knowledge that it has not been able to supply drugs for the last five months to most of the hospitals in this country? Most of the hospitals and dispensaries do not have essential medical supplies, because there is no Board to tell the management what to do."
