    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new subclause immediately after Subclause (3)- (3A) The chairperson and vice-chairperson elected under subsection (2) shall be persons of opposite gender. This is basically to bring in gender in that clause during the appointment of the chairperson and vice-chairperson."
