If you go to part “d”, the proposed amendment is supposed to be for sub-paragraph 27, and not where it has been put under sub-paragraph 28. If you look at part “d”, you will see that there is “d (ii)”, the word “instances.” You can see that. Now, that is supposed to be for sub-paragraph 27. They should follow that order. So, it should read: “In sub- paragraph 27” after the word “instances.”"
