    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Ministry of Labour is very important in a developing country like Kenya. Yesterday, the Minister for Labour gave a Statement here on the National Social Security Fund (NSSF). I would like the Assistant Minister to assure this House that they are going to be on the look-out and prepare themselves for these kinds of illegalities instead of just sitting back and waiting for things to happen. Yesterday, we were informed that billions of shillings were lost at the NSSF, and the Minister is just sitting in the office and waiting to be told about it! Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that the Ministry is going to be proactive and ensure that Kenyans get value for their money in terms of the Minister's and the Assistant Minister's salaries?"
